They discussed how consumer expectations for home Wi-Fi have changed and what opportunities this brings for broadband operators during the ‘Revolutionizing the home’ session day at the Wi-Fi World Congress Fall 2021.

- Description: During this session, Metin Taskin, our CTO, explored the results of a recent consumer survey of 1500 participants across the US & Europe showing how their experiences and expectations for home Wi-Fi have evolved, with particular focus on implications for internet service providers. In addition, he also discussed how Preium Wi-Fi can boost the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Metin also shared his perspective on the relationship between 5G and Wi-Fi, together with our recent success with the WBA for the first OpenRoaming trial.
