What you will do:

• Ensure accounting accuracy and timely reporting
• Taking an active role in month close
• Month-end balance sheet reconciliation, open item aging reporting
• Issue resolution
• Financial Statements Variance Analysis
• Issuing sales invoices
• Intercompany cost cross charges, calculation and recording of period-end transfer pricing invoices
• Follow-up of invoice approval process, accounting of supplier invoices
• Preparation of payment lists and matching with invoices after payment
• Making supplier reconciliations (Make different types of supplier reconciliations (suppliers, banks, etc.)
• Tracking of inventories and calculation and accounting of monthly sales costs
• Filling and sending questionnaires and forms requested from various institutions
• Supporting Finance Leadership on transformation and governance projects

What you should ideally bring:

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting
• Good command of English
• Have a very good command of MS Office applications
• Knowledgeable about e-invoice, e-archive, e-ledger
• Having knowledge about the uniform chart of accounts and general accounting transactions
• To have a good command of the legal legislation related to the works he/she is responsible for and to follow the changes in the legislation
• Preferably with Infor Sunsystems experience
• Careful, disciplined, able to keep up with the fast pace of work, adapt to changes, highly motivated
• Strong communication skills, teamwork oriented
• Preferably with CPA certificate
• Preferably with experience in an international company
