IT Senior Network & Security Engineer

Airties is seeking an IT Sr. Network & Security Engineer for the IT Team. You will be responsible for management, hands-on administration and being responsible of wired and wireless network and security devices & solutions including but not limited to switches, access points, routers, firewalls, SIEM and other security solutions, etc. This job also requires keeping Airties network up and running and meet challenging needs of business units.

What you will do:

• Supporting and maintaining the deployed networking infrastructure
• Implementation of network performance monitoring, bandwidth utilization and availability systems for networking equipment / infrastructure
• Managed Security Operations
  o Managing IT Security Operations coordinating with IT Security Unit
  o Add more data security approach
• Maintain network devices in high-availability and production environments
• Keep all documentation (including LAN/WAN drawings and equipment lists) accurate and current
• Monitoring of firewalls, DLP and SIEM solutions
• Vendor and 3rd Party support and escalations
• IT Server Room Responsibility
• Defining Infrastructure KPI and SLA

What you should ideally bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electric-Electronic Engineer, Computer Engineer, Telecom Engineer, or relevant field
• Min. 5 years of experience
• Deep knowledge on TCP/IP, Routing, LAN Switching, WAN, VPN, 802.1x, Wi-Fi Services
• Experience in management and installing of Cisco Switches, Routers, Access Points
• Good knowledge of network infrastructure, firewalls, operating systems, log management systems
• Preferably experience with firewalls (Checkpoint, Juniper etc.), SSL, IPSEC VPN connections. Checkpoint experience is a plus
• Good knowledge of basic protocols DNS, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, DHCP, IPSEC, etc.
• Must have effective verbal and written English communications skills
• Eager to learn new technologies and implement them
• Be a team player and having good communication and presentation skills
