What you will do:

• Function as a technical leader or system architect when assigned
• Investigate new technologies and competing products
• Develop new product and solution ideas for Airties that can be patented, copyrighted, trademarked
• Provide in-depth knowledge and experience when defining and implementing vision and new technologies
• Assist with projects that require specialized skills and knowledge
• Provide input to engineering and product management Airties product definitions, assist with RFPs as needed
• Assist engineering management with process improvement efforts
• Assist product management and sales to present and validate company products and solutions to customers
• Attend meetings with R&D management to discuss strategy and vision

What you should ideally bring:

• MS/BS in Computer Science/Engineering or similar field
• 10+ years of ‘solid’ software architecture, design and development experience with good understanding of software analysis and design patterns
• Excellent problem analysis and solving skills
• Desire and positive attitude to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, rapidly changing environment
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Outstanding technical expertise and demonstrated performance on Networking and mobile technologies (4g and 5G)
• Expertise with CPE’s, e.g. wireless routers.
• Strong embedded mindset, a good understanding of the capabilities, limitations and cost of such systems
• Knowledge of Fixed Wireless Access and Wi-Fi is a plus.
• Outstanding understanding of industry status, technical standards, competing technologies
• Proven ability to take initiative and generate results
• Accomplished mentoring skills
• Experience with Cloud computing, AI and productized/deployed AI solutions is a plus
