Introduction

Responsible for the roadmap delivery of the Airties E2E solution. This role is spearheading the delivery of innovation of Airties towards customers. Responsible for the definition of the delivery plan and for the timely and qualitative execution of the developments. Quality is defined as delivering value to the customers. Responsible for giving visibility and managing clear KPIs to monitor the success of the roadmap.

The jobholder works closely with the Product Managers and the Project Technical Owners to deliver the innovations with the right scope, quality, and timing to the market. He/she also works closely with customer program managers to introduce roadmap features towards customers.

What you will do:

Leadership & Innovation

  • Understands and applies the company vision to maximize business value
  • Works with product managers to develop and implement strategies for the E2E solutions
  • Strives to deliver the roadmap items with the expected quality
  • Thinks in a customer-oriented way, with a focus on delivering value to customers in a measurable way
  • Works in an Agile way, in order to bring a continuous stream of innovation towards customers
  • Collaborates smoothly with Product Managers, Software Architects, Technical Owners, and Customer Program Managers

Management

  • Inspires the team members to continuously deliver innovation with quality
  • Builds with the team a committed stream of incremental value-adding features
  • Works with the team on data-supported KPIs and dashboards
  • Follows the Airties Product Life Cycle management process

Execution

  • Bears responsibility for all roadmap activities assigned
  • Owns all the roadmap developments assigned to his/her, even beyond customer delivery, assisting the customer program teams in their overall customer program
  • Ensures proper delivery and execution
  • Manages risks proactively to secure qualitative and timely deliveries
  • Periodically reports and presents progress to the rest of the organization

What you should ideally bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
  • 8+ years of project/program management experience
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good understanding of Project and Portfolio Management Methodologies, and Scrum methodologies. PMP Certification is a plus, Scrum master as well
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across an international organization
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with AI frameworks
  • Knowledge of data processing and analysis techniques.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms
  • Excellent consultative, communications, and analytical skills
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Respectful, driven, pragmatic attitude
