What you will do:

  • Design and implement master data management structures, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational needs
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to establish and maintain data standards and processes for business-critical data
  • Manage the integration and architecture of business systems, ensuring seamless data and process flow between cross-functional business and IT tools
  • Develop and enforce data governance practices, including data ownership, access controls, and quality assurance processes
  • Develop and enforce process governance practices, including process ownership, change management, and quality assurance measures
  • Act as a subject matter expert on transformation projects, providing guidance on data management, process design, optimization and system configuration
  • Work with external consultants and vendors to align systems with industry standards and implement required functionality
  • Create documentation and deliver training as needed to support end users and stakeholders

What you should ideally bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer or Industrial Engineering, or related field. A master’s degree or role relevant certifications (e.g., CPAB, CDMP, TOGAF) are a big plus
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in IT business applications and process analyst roles, focusing on business application system architecture, data management, or business process transformation
  • Proven track record in ERP implementations and digital transformation initiatives, particularly in mid-sized and international organizations. Experience in finance transformation is a plus
  • Experience with master data management and governance, ideally within an ERP or MDM context
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms
  • Familiarity with data integration, system architecture, and API connections
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; experience with BI platforms is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across various departments
  • Fluent in English communication, both verbally and in writing
  • Advanced documentation and visualization skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with finance data structures (e.g., cost centers, charts of accounts) and reporting needs is a plus
