Terms and Conditions for Beta Users of the Sample Web Portal and Access Points

Welcome to the Beta User Program!

By using the Sample Web Portal and the access points provided as part of our Beta User Program, you (“Beta User”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1.    Scope of Agreement

These Terms govern your use of:

1.1. The Sample Web Portal, through which you provide certain personal and professional information.

1.2. The access points (“Devices”) that are shipped to your address for testing purposes.

By participating, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of the information as described herein.

2.    User Obligations

2.1. Accuracy of Information:
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information through the Sample Web Portal.

2.2. Proper Use of Devices:
You will use the Devices solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement. Any misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications to the Devices are strictly prohibited.

2.3. Return of Devices:
If requested, you agree to return the Devices in good condition upon the conclusion of the Beta Testing Program or upon termination of your participation.

3.    Confidentiality

3.1.      Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited, license to use the Service. Airties reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Service and the Airties Content (as defined below). Airties may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.

4.    Disclaimer of Warranties

The Sample Web Portal and Devices are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of these for any purpose.

5.    Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airties SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Beta Testing Program, including but not limited to data loss, network issues, or hardware malfunctions.

6.    Termination

6.1. Your participation in the Beta Testing Program may be terminated by either party at any time with or without cause.

6.2. Upon termination, you must cease using the Devices and return them if requested.

7.    Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
